Replacement of the roof covering of penitentiary building B at the Detention Centre in Gliwice

Summary

The contract covers the replacement of the roof covering on penitentiary building B at the Detention Centre in Gliwice. The works include removing and disposing of the existing roof layers, repairing the roof deck, chimneys and fire walls, installing approximately 310 m² of new 20 cm styrofoam roofing, replacing sheet-metal flashings over approximately 80 m, two skylights, gutters and downpipes, the lightning protection system, and technical and security safeguards. The works must be completed within 60 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 08:00. The award criteria are gross total price (60%) and warranty period (40%). No tender guarantee is required, but a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 150,000 are required.
