Supply of biodegradable cutlery

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of biodegradable cutlery in two lots. Lot 1 covers 67,000 forks, 57,000 knives and 57,000 spoons; Lot 2 covers 131,000 forks, 74,000 knives and 72,000 spoons. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The contracting authority may order an optional quantity of up to 100% of the basic order value at the same unit prices and conditions, but guarantees implementation of only 50% of the basic scope. Delivery must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 10:00, and must be prepared in Polish. Price carries 60% and delivery time 40% of the evaluation score.
