Construction of a hall for agricultural machinery used for educational purposes

Summary

The contract covers construction of a new hall for agricultural machinery used for educational purposes on plot no. 990/23 at the agricultural education school in Różaniec. The works include site preparation and earthworks, concrete and metal construction, masonry, joinery and electrical installation works. The contract must be completed by 20 December 2026. The tender is not divided into lots, the price is the only award criterion, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 29,992.76 and a performance security of 5% of the gross contract price are required. The contractor must provide at least a 60-month warranty and comply with employment-on-contract requirements for workers directly performing construction work.
