Improvement of three sports fields at the Sports and Entertainment Hall on Hoża Street in Mieroszów

Summary

The contract concerns the comprehensive modernization and outfitting of three sports fields and related infrastructure at Hoża Street in Mieroszów. The works include all activities necessary for completion, including preparation and submission of as-built documentation, and must comply with applicable laws, standards and technical conditions. The contractor must maintain civil liability insurance for the entire contract period in an amount at least equal to the gross bid price and offer at least a 36-month warranty and liability period for defects. The contract is to be performed within 210 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40%).
