Construction of an uninterrupted and safe energy supply system for WOSiR Drzonków based on an energy storage system

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build delivery of an uninterrupted and safe energy supply system for WOSiR Drzonków based on an energy storage system. The scope includes design and cost documentation, construction works, delivery and installation of the energy storage system, UPS, control and management systems, electrical and fire-safety installations, and integration with the existing Intelligent Energy Management System. The contract must be completed by 30 April 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Zamówienia platform by 9 September 2026 at 12:00, in Polish. A site visit is mandatory; bids submitted without it will be rejected. The tender is not divided into lots. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A PLN 15,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
