Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of a comprehensive energy-efficiency modernization of the municipal building at 4 Reymonta Street in Dobrzeń Wielki. The contractor must prepare the full design documentation and obtain the required approvals, then carry out thermal insulation, heating and electrical-system upgrades, an air-to-water heat pump, energy-management automation, photovoltaic panels with energy storage, accessibility improvements, drainage and site works, testing, commissioning and as-built documentation.
