Renovation of Municipal Apartments – Part I

Summary

The contract concerns the renovation of 17 unoccupied municipal apartments in Polkowice and Tarnówek to restore them to full technical and functional condition for reoccupation. The works include repairs or replacement of plastering, painting, insulation, wall and floor coverings, windows and doors, ventilation, parts of the electrical, central-heating, water-supply and sewage systems, including equipment. The works must be completed within 84 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 00:00. The price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and guarantee period for 40%. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
