Construction of a rural community centre and site development in Pcin

Summary

The contract covers the construction of a one-storey, detached rural community centre without a basement, together with site development, on plot 51/1 in Pcin, Ciepielow municipality. The works include, among other things, demolition and earthworks, masonry, roofing, floors, plastering, tiling, suspended ceilings, painting, doors and windows, fitted kitchen and furniture, pedestrian areas, fencing, playground works, water and sewer installations, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical, low-voltage and burglar-alarm installations. The contract must be completed within 14 months of signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 11:00. A PLN 12,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are scored by price (60%) and the quality warranty and defects-liability period (40%).
