Renovation of a garage building to create storage space for civil protection and civil defence needs in Świekatowo Municipality

Summary

The contract covers the first stage of renovating an existing 13-bay reinforced-concrete garage and storage building on plot 464 in Świekatowo Municipality, converting it for storage used for civil protection and civil defence. The works include preparatory and demolition works, repair of the reinforced-concrete roof eaves, roof repairs and waterproofing with new heat-welded membrane roofing and gutters, installation of garage doors, windows and doors, entrance-threshold repairs, floor and damp-proofing works, and spray cleaning, priming and painting. The contract must be completed by 18 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (80%) and the offered warranty period (20%); the warranty must be at least 36 months and periods above 60 months receive no additional scoring. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross contract price is required upon contract signing.
