Modernization of municipal roads

Summary

The contract covers the modernization of municipal roads in two lots. Lot 1 concerns construction works on roads in Pewla Mała, Pewla Ślemieńska, Przyłęków, Świnna and Trzebinia, to be completed within 2 months. Lot 2 follows a design-and-build model for Podgórze Street in Rychwałdek and Turystyczna Street in Trzebinia, including design documentation, approvals, construction and completion formalities, to be completed within 3 months. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 09:00 and will be evaluated by price (60 points) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40 points).
