New Cultural Space – Modernization of the Second Floor of the Bieszczady Cultural Centre

The contract covers renovation and modernization works at the roof and ballet room on the second floor of the Bieszczady Cultural Centre at 1 Piłsudskiego Street in Lesko. The scope includes roof covering and insulation, chimney and gutter works, lightning protection, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, electrical and heating installations, flooring, doors, painting, wall and acoustic finishes, curtains, blinds, sound equipment, mirrors and ballet bars. The works must be completed within 80 days of signing the contract. The tender deadline is 11 September 2026 at 10:00. The price carries 60% of the score and the quality guarantee and statutory warranty period 40%; the minimum required period is 60 months.
