Supply of equipment for Audio-over-IP (AoIP) networks in three lots

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of new equipment for operating Audio-over-IP (AoIP) networks, including software, licences, cabling and accessories, divided into three lots. Lot I covers AoIP routers and signal processors; Lot II covers a Dante-compatible microphone preamplifier stagebox with cabling and a flight case; Lot III covers two GPS/PTPv2/Word Clock grandmaster clock devices. Bids may be submitted for one, two or all three lots, but each bid must cover the complete scope of the selected lot. Delivery, installation, connection, configuration and testing must be completed within 60 days of contract signature, with at least a 24-month warranty. The gross price is the sole award criterion, and offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 10:00 via the e-Procurement Platform.
