Replacement of windows in the Statistical Office building in Krakow

Summary

The contract covers the replacement of 223 existing PVC windows in the Statistical Office building in Krakow. The contractor must remove the old windows and frames, supply and install 223 white PVC windows, use appropriate sill installation profiles to eliminate thermal bridges, complete plastering and internal reveals, install 223 white PVC renovation sill covers measuring 1320 × 300 mm, remove and dispose of demolition waste, prepare a works schedule and provide as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), extended warranty period (20%) and heat transfer coefficient (20%).
