Supply of mobile devices

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of mobile devices in three lots in Warsaw: 200 type A devices; 30 type B devices and 34 type C devices with 30 cases and 14 keyboards; or 10 type D devices and 6 type E devices with accessories. Delivery is required within 21 days of the contract entering into force. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 30 days. Lots I and II are evaluated solely by price; Lot III is evaluated by price (60%), a factory-installed privacy filter for type E (20%) and a dedicated stylus for type E (20%).
