Organising support for foster parents and children through a workshop and animation service

Summary

The procurement covers two service lots for foster families and their surroundings: a 180-minute workshop for 20 foster parents on practical tools for supporting a child with autism spectrum disorder and trauma, and a 180-minute animation and childcare service for 20 children aged 2–15. The contract must be performed within 50 days after signing and no later than 21 November 2026. Offers may be submitted for either or both lots. The award criteria are price (60%) and the professional experience of the persons assigned to the task (40%). The offer must be submitted electronically by 1 September 2026 at 23:59:59 and signed with a qualified, trusted or personal electronic signature. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
