Construction of an ice rink shelter in Tarnowskie Gory, Obwodnica 8

Summary

The contract covers construction of an ice rink shelter at Obwodnica 8 in Tarnowskie Gory. The works include geodetic setting-out, foundations, a glued-laminated timber structure using material supplied by the contracting authority, sandwich-panel roofing and a western wall, gutters and downpipes, site reinstatement, as-built surveying, installation of 56 linear 60 W LED lamps and lightning protection. The remaining project concerning the service building, its installations and related site development is excluded. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signing and no later than 30 November 2026. The tender must cover the entire contract and be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation gives 85% to gross price and 15% to the warranty and statutory defect-liability period. A bid guarantee of PLN 20,000 and performance security of 5% of the gross tender price are required.
