Removal of the existing passenger lift and supply and installation of a new seven-stop lift while retaining the existing lift shaft

Summary

The contract covers the removal of the existing passenger lift and the supply and installation of a new seven-stop lift in the tower of the Museum of Applied Arts building in Poznań, while retaining the existing lift shaft. The new lift must be accessible to persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users. The works also include construction, repair and finishing works in the shaft and at the landings, modernisation of the power supply, as-built design documentation, commissioning, UDT acceptance, electrical measurements, CE marking, warranty maintenance and staff training on operation and emergency passenger release. The contract term is 5 months. Offers must be submitted electronically via the procurement platform by 10 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price, weighted at 90%, and the warranty and defect-liability period, weighted at 10%. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required.
