Adaptation and extension of the Voivodeship Warehouse for Civil Protection and Civil Defence and thermal modernization of the building at 58 Harfowa Street in Gdańsk under a design-and-build arrangement with an option

Summary

The tender concerns a design-and-build project to adapt and extend the Voivodeship Warehouse for Civil Protection and Civil Defence in Gdańsk, including an office section for the Emergency Notification Centre, a warehouse shelter, building modernization and thermal modernization of the building at Harfowa Street 58. The scope includes design documentation, permits, construction works, author’s supervision, environmental inventory and formalities required for use of the completed facilities. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and the warranty and guarantee period, weighted at 40%.
