Public e-services in the municipalities of Gryfów Śląski, Lubomierz and Mirsk – modernization of infrastructure necessary for service provision

Summary

The contract covers modernization of the network infrastructure used to provide public digital services in the municipalities of Gryfów Śląski, Lubomierz and Mirsk. The contractor must modernize the LAN at the municipal office and the municipal social welfare centre, install Cat 6 cabling, RJ-45 sockets, rack cabinets, patch panels and network switches, relocate existing equipment, configure VLAN, RSTP and DHCP Guard, perform testing and commissioning, and prepare as-built documentation. The works must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 08:00 and remain valid until 8 October 2026. The evaluation awards 60% for price and 40% for warranty; the minimum warranty period is 24 months. No bid guarantee or performance security is required, and negotiation may be conducted.
