Improvement of wastewater management in Halinów Municipality – Part 1, Task 46: Construction of a sewerage network in Józefin

Summary

Construction of sanitary sewerage networks in pressure and gravity systems, including branches, on plots 100, 103/7, 103/19, 104/9, 104/14, 104/15 and 288 in Józefin, Halinów Municipality. The works include road and verge reinstatement, protection of existing utilities, as-built documentation, commissioning, and obtaining the occupancy permit on behalf of the contracting authority. The contract must be completed within 140 days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 8 October 2026. Price accounts for 60 points and warranty period for 40 points; the minimum warranty is 48 months and the maximum period scored is 60 months. A performance security of 5% of the offered total price is required, while no tender guarantee is required.
