Construction of a logistics support facility and equipment warehouse for the Żory State Fire Service

Summary

The contract covers construction of a logistics support facility for the Żory City Headquarters of the State Fire Service, including a storage base for equipment purchased under POLiOC in 2025. The works include site preparation, demolition, earthworks, foundations, structural and masonry works, roofing, windows and doors, insulation, façades, finishes, electrical, lightning protection, water, sewage, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations, fencing and site development. The works must be completed by 18 December 2026. Only one tender may be submitted, electronically, by 9 September 2026 at 12:00. The tender must include a PLN 40,000 bid guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price (80%) and the offered warranty period (20%); a warranty shorter than 36 months results in rejection, while warranty periods above 72 months receive the maximum score. The selected contractor must provide performance security equal to 3% of the gross contract price.
