Replacement of heat sources in buildings administered by the Przedbórz Forest District – second procedure

Summary

The procurement covers construction works for replacing exhausted heat sources in buildings administered by the Przedbórz Forest District. It is divided into three lots, and bids may be submitted for one, two or all lots. Lots I and II involve replacing solid-fuel boilers with 20 kW pellet boilers, including associated heating-system works, chimney liners and repairs in the boiler rooms. Lot III involves replacing a gas boiler with a 20 kW LPG condensing combination boiler and renovating the internal gas installation. Each lot must be completed within 40 days of contract signature. The bid deadline is 8 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be between 36 and 60 full months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform, with the required declarations, technical description of the offered boiler and bid security.
