Summary

The contract covers renovation works on the fourth floor of the IERiGŻ-PIB building at 20 Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw. The works include 22 office rooms, adjacent corridors and sanitary facilities: replacement of floor coverings and doors, wall and ceiling repairs and painting, removal of built-in cabinets and transoms, access-control partitions and doors, sanitary-room refurbishment, and delivery and installation of the required equipment and materials. The contract is to be completed within 60 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically through platformazakupowa.pl by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are assessed by price (70%), delivery period (20%) and warranty period (10%).
