Development of a park in Szczucin – procedure II

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build works for establishing a park in Szczucin. The scope includes small architectural structures, site equipment, mineral-surface paths, wood-chip safety surfacing, solar lighting and monitoring, a rain garden or bioretention basin, trees, shrubs and perennials, information and commemorative signs, preparation of the design documentation based on the functional and utility programme, and execution of the construction works. The planned equipment includes 18 benches, 8 waste bins, 15 insect houses, 1 bird drinking station, 2 bird feeders, 8 bicycle racks, 1 fitness trail, 1 obstacle course, 23 solar lamps and 2 solar monitoring cameras. The works must be completed by 15 June 2027, with the design documentation due within 5 months of signing the contract. The tender must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 09:00, and a PLN 10,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are assessed by price at 60% and warranty period at 40%.
