Roof thermal modernization and photovoltaic installation for the Konecki District Office building

Summary

The contract covers thermal modernization of the roof of the Konecki District Office building at Stanisława Staszica 2 in Końskie and installation of a rooftop photovoltaic system with an energy storage system. The works include insulation of the ceiling with mineral wool granulate, new roof waterproofing, replacement of gutters and sheet-metal flashings, renovation and insulation of ventilation chimneys, replacement of the lightning protection system, and installation of the photovoltaic system and energy storage. The contract must be completed within 70 days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40%; the offered warranty must be at least 60 months. A performance security is required before contract signature, but no bid guarantee is required.
