Summary

The tender concerns renovation works in social housing premises managed by Bytomskie Mieszkania, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers premises at 17/3 Czajkowskiego Street and 4/3 Olszewskiego Street; Lot 2 covers premises at 73/5 Piekarska Street and 128/5 Zabrzańska Street. The works include general construction, plastering and painting, painting, carpentry, flooring and installation works. Each lot is to be completed within 60 days, with a 60-month warranty.
