Purchase of a new tracked mini excavator with equipment and a new transport trailer under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of one brand-new tracked mini excavator with complete working equipment and one brand-new transport trailer for the Chodel municipality. The excavator must be unused, produced no earlier than 2025, have a diesel engine with at least three cylinders, liquid cooling, at least 15 kW power, Stage V emissions, an operating weight of 2,500–3,200 kg, rubber tracks, a maximum width of 1,500 mm, a digging depth of at least 2,550 mm and the specified hydraulic and safety equipment. The trailer must be new, manufactured in 2025–2026, have two or three axles, a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, a maximum permissible mass of 3.5 tonnes and the specified loading, braking, securing and ramp equipment. Delivery must be completed within 70 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform by 31 August 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), shortened delivery period (20%) and warranty length (20%).
