Revitalisation of a degraded area in Smyków Municipality and creation of new social and cultural functions in Smyków

Summary

The works tender concerns the revitalisation of a degraded area in Smyków and the creation of new social and cultural functions. It is divided into three lots: (1) construction and furnishing of a traditional forge area, including a wooden gazebo, landscaping, street furniture and an information kiosk; (2) construction of a traffic town with paved internal roads, signs, fencing, greenery and street furniture; and (3) adaptation of the former municipal building for a Social Integration Club, including heating, air conditioning, CCTV, lighting, windows, paving and general building refurbishment. Bids may be submitted for any number of lots. Lots 1 and 2 must be completed by 30 November 2026 and Lot 3 by 28 February 2027. The bid deadline is 8 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% and the extended quality guarantee period for 40%. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 2,500 for Lot 1, PLN 3,500 for Lot 2 and PLN 4,500 for Lot 3.
