Renovation of office rooms at the Białystok Municipal Family Assistance Centre and Social Workers’ Teams

Summary

The procurement covers renovation works in two lots: office rooms at the headquarters of the Municipal Family Assistance Centre in Białystok and office rooms used by Social Workers’ Teams 1, 4, 5 and 7 across the city. The works include painting and surface preparation, flooring replacement, door and frame works, ventilation grille replacement, sanitary installations, selected electrical works, radiator enclosures and wall protection elements, as well as moving and protecting furniture and movable equipment where required. Each lot must be completed within 2 months. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and the contracting authority may award both lots to the same contractor. The price has a weighting of 60% and the warranty period 40%. Bids and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026.
