Summary

This is a six-lot construction works tender. The lots cover roof-covering repairs at KOWR premises in Górka, Wychowaniec and Mościejewo, and the conversion of residential premises to create bathrooms with sewer or water connections in Pakosław and Jeziorki. Each lot has an intended maximum completion period of 60 calendar days, while the bidder may propose a period of 30–60 calendar days. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the proposed completion period 40%. Offers must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform by 11 September 2026 at 08:00; the offer remains binding until 10 October 2026.
