Installation of air-conditioning systems in the Town Hall building

Summary

The tender concerns the installation of a VRF air-conditioning system with a heat pump in designated rooms of the Town Hall building in Opole, including electrical power supplies, external-unit supports, construction, finishing and reinstatement works. The works are divided into four stages: stages I and II must be completed by 30 November 2026, while stages III and IV must be completed no later than 330 days after contract signing. The equipment must use R410a refrigerant and meet the specified cooling capacity and energy-efficiency requirements: 22.4 kW and EER at least 3.76 for stage II, 106.5 kW and EER at least 3.01 for stage III, and 56 kW and EER at least 3.09 for stage IV. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), shortened completion period (20%) and warranty period (20%). A PLN 20,000 tender guarantee is required.
