Construction of a new changing room in Plewiska (IV)

Summary

The contract covers construction of a new changing-room and sanitary facilities at the Orlik sports field at 132 Szkolna Street in Plewiska, including demolition of the existing facility, delivery and installation of a new modular building with sanitary and electrical systems, utility connections, a roofed link between the containers, paving, landscaping, movable equipment, surveying, energy performance certification and as-built documentation. The works must be completed within 56 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 00:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty offered must be at least 36 months. The contractor must maintain civil liability insurance covering the contract value and employ persons under employment contracts for demolition and assembly works where legally required.
