Reconstruction of urban roads in Mława

Summary

The procurement concerns the reconstruction of urban roads in Mława and is divided into two parts. Part I covers resurfacing Julian Tuwima Street over approximately 1,133.70 m², including milling, cleaning, anti-crack mesh reinforcement, a 4 cm AC 11S 50/70 wearing course and adjustment of 11 sewer manholes and 5 stormwater grates; completion is due by 30 November 2026. Part II covers reconstruction of approximately 4,662.40 m² of cycle-path surface along Marszałkowska Avenue, including a 5 cm C8/10 stabilised sub-base, asphalt emulsion spraying, a 4 cm AC 11 wearing course and 100 concrete kerbs; completion is due by 31 October 2026. Bids may be submitted for either or both parts. The bid deadline is 8 September 2026 at 10:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required electronic signature. The evaluation uses price at 60 points, warranty and defect liability period at 20 points, and invoice payment term at 20 points. A PLN 5,700 bid guarantee is required only for Part II.
