Modernisation of the helicopter landing site at University Hospital No. 1 in Bydgoszcz under a design-and-build contract

Summary

The contract covers the design and modernisation of the existing elevated helicopter landing site on the top above-ground floor of University Hospital No. 1 in Bydgoszcz. The contractor must prepare design and cost-estimate documentation, carry out the construction works, prepare as-built documentation, and obtain all required opinions, approvals and permits. The contract period is 24 months and the estimated value is PLN 2,729,142.28 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the warranty period for the works and installed equipment (40%). A performance security is required, while a bid guarantee is not required.
