Purchase and delivery of road slabs for investments carried out by the municipal utility company in Zbrosławice

Summary

The contract covers the purchase and successive delivery of precast reinforced-concrete road slabs, including loading and unloading, for investments carried out by the municipal utility company in Zbrosławice. The maximum quantities are 320 slabs to Księży Las, 400 to Jaśkowice and 380 to Zbrosławice. Deliveries must be made within up to 7 working days after each request, during the specified delivery hours, over a three-month contract period. The slabs must meet the stated technical parameters, be new and defect-free, include the required performance declaration and supporting certification or test evidence, and carry a 24-month warranty.
