Purchase of a communication system for the county and municipalities under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a communication system for Krakow County and 16 municipalities under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026. The order includes 18 TETRA communication sets, two additional handheld radios and two DMR communication sets. Each set includes an omnidirectional antenna, antenna installation, base radio, buffer power supply and handheld radio. Delivery must be completed by 13 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 10:00. Offers will be scored by price (60%), delivery time (20%) and warranty period (20%).
