Revitalisation of Gródek on Castle Hill – Ecological Education Site

Summary

The contract concerns the revitalisation of Gródek on Castle Hill as an ecological education site in Lanckorona. The works include site preparation and earthworks, removal of soil and vegetation, grading, geotextile and aggregate layers, washed gravel surfacing, steel edging, seven sets of benches, three sets of waste bins and planting 624 common beech plants. The contractor must also provide geodetic services and as-built geodetic documentation, comply with the conservation permit and conservation works programme, and arrange archaeological supervision during earthworks, including obtaining the separate required permit. The works must be completed by 30 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 09:00; no bid guarantee is required. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and extended warranty period (40%), with a minimum warranty of 36 months and a maximum scored period of 60 months. The successful bidder must provide 5% performance security before signing the contract.
