The contract covers reconstruction of the basement level of Primary School No. 4 in Oborniki and adaptation of part of it into a temporary shelter. The works include an emergency exit, sanitary facilities, a food-preparation room, closure of the shelter entrance, replacement of staircase doors, ventilation, electrical, radio and heating installations. The supply of shelter equipment is excluded. The works must be completed by 1 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the e-Zamówienia platform by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price (60%), warranty period (20%) and completion time (20%). The tender must be prepared in Polish.
