Routine maintenance and repair works in properties owned by the Municipality of Oława

Summary

The contract covers ongoing maintenance, renovation and emergency repair works in municipal residential and public-use properties in Oława, including electrical, plumbing and sanitary, gas, heating, general construction, roofing, masonry, painting, locksmith and related works. Work will be ordered as needed during 12 months, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, with an anticipated contract value of up to PLN 1,000,000 gross. The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency readiness, start emergency response within 0.5 hours, submit the offer electronically by 9 September 2026 at 10:00, and price the offer using the required labour-hour, overhead, profit and standby-duty rates. Offers are evaluated by price (60 points) and the offered warranty and defects-liability period (40 points); only 20 or 24 months may be offered.
