Supply of equipment under the Rypin Academy of Knowledge project – Stage 1

Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of educational and IT equipment for the Rypin Academy of Knowledge project, divided into three lots. Lot 1 concerns three language-laboratory sets; Lot 2 concerns 18 interactive 85-inch display sets and 25 all-in-one desktop computer sets; Lot 3 concerns three interactive floor sets, three visualizer sets and 50 tablets. Offers may be submitted for one or all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots awarded to one supplier. The maximum delivery periods are 90, 60 and 30 days respectively. Offers must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform by 1 September 2026 at 09:00, in Polish, with the required electronic signature. Evaluation is based on price (60%), delivery time (20%), warranty period (15%) and social aspects (5%).
