Repeat renovation of the terrace beside the swimming pool at the Navigation Faculty building in Gdynia

Summary

This repeat tender concerns renovation of the terrace beside the swimming pool at the Navigation Faculty building of the Maritime University of Gdynia, at Al. Jana Pawła II 3 in Gdynia. The works include removing the existing terrace layers, constructing a new insulated, waterproofed and timber-finished terrace, replacing gutters, downpipes and sheet-metal flashings, and rebuilding the steps and landing. The building is a protected historic monument, so the works must follow the approved architectural and technical designs, conservation requirements, specifications and bill of quantities. Offers must be submitted electronically through e-propublico by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. The contract is to be completed by 30 October 2026. Price carries 60% and the increase of the minimum warranty period carries 40%. A PLN 1,650 tender guarantee is required.
