Construction of a sidewalk along Krasiński and Duńska Streets and construction of a sidewalk along Duńska Street in Szczecin

Summary

Construction works in two lots in Szczecin: Lot I covers a sidewalk along Krasiński and Duńska Streets, and Lot II covers a sidewalk along Duńska Street between Jantarowa Street and property no. 104. Each lot is to be completed within 80 days from handover of the site, which is due within 14 days after contract signature. The works include the sidewalk, street and pedestrian-crossing lighting, temporary traffic management, road markings, tree removal and planting, greenery protection and reinstatement works. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The award criteria are price (60%), the daily delay penalty offered by the bidder (20%), and the penalty for failure to correct temporary road marking in time (20%). A PLN 6,000 bid guarantee is required for each lot, and a performance security of 5% of the offered total price must be provided before contract signature. The bid deadline is 8 September 2026 at 09:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform.
