Modernization of the Mental Health Centre in Krasnystaw

Summary

The contract concerns the modernization and refurbishment of the Mental Health Centre facilities on the first floor of the outpatient clinic at 4 M. Sobieskiego Street in Krasnystaw, Poland. The works cover rooms 109–119, the corridor and the emergency staircase from the building entrance to the first floor, including construction, installation, finishing, sanitary, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and electrical works. The works are to be completed within 90 days under a design-and-build construction formula with quantity-based payment. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 00:00.
