Extension and reconstruction of the primary school in Suchostruga

Summary

The tender concerns the extension and reconstruction of the primary school in Suchostruga, Poland. Stage I covers demolition of the existing residential building, construction of the new school building to a weather-tight shell, sub-floor sanitary sewerage, façade works and an additional technical room. Stage II is an option covering the remaining internal and external installations, finishing works, site development and renovation and modernisation of the existing school. The basic works are to be completed within 8 months; the contracting authority may exercise the option until 30 September 2027, after which the option works must be completed within 12 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), warranty period (20%) and the experience of the construction manager (20%). A performance security is required, but no bid security is required.
