Construction of the Odra Meadows bicycle trail as part of the development of the landscape areas of Police

Summary

The contract covers the preparation of design documentation and construction of a bicycle trail in the Łarpia river area and around the Police Meadows, including associated infrastructure and three viewing points with cyclist service areas. The works are to be completed within 14 months. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Zamówienia platform by 9 September 2026 at 09:00 and must be prepared in Polish. A PLN 50,000 bid guarantee is required, as well as performance security. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the warranty offered must be at least 36 months and may be up to 60 months.
