Replacement of windows and shopfronts in residential and commercial premises

Summary

The tender covers the replacement of PVC windows in residential premises and the replacement of PVC/aluminium windows and shopfronts in commercial premises managed by the Bielany District property management authority in Warsaw. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for residential premises and Lot 2 for commercial premises; bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The works must be completed by 18 December 2026 and include measurement, dismantling and disposal of existing windows and shopfronts, installation, sealing, sills, ventilators, finishing works, cleaning and adjustment. The award criteria are gross price, weighted at 60%, and extended warranty period, weighted at 40%. The minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum period considered for scoring is 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
