OIS/TPS/Citrix System Maintenance Services

Summary

The tender concerns 12 months of maintenance and support services for the OIS/TPS/Citrix system used in proton radiotherapy and eye therapy. The scope includes periodic inspections at least four times a year, remote diagnostics, updates and approved system modifications, fault repairs, spare parts, technical support and service reporting. The system includes ARIA and Eclipse software, servers, workstations, terminals, UPS equipment, backup and archiving systems and related infrastructure. Offers must be submitted electronically by 1 September 2026 at 09:00 and in English are not accepted; the tender documents must be prepared in Polish. Evaluation is based on price at 60%, warranty at 20% and repair time at 20%.
