Renovation of the Bituminous Surface of General Kazimierz Pułaski Street in Suwałki

Summary

The contract covers the renovation of the bituminous road surface on General Kazimierz Pułaski Street, along voivodeship road 662, from the Suwalska Cavalry Brigade roundabout to the administrative boundary of Suwałki. The works include two stages: urban-section works such as milling, reconstruction of road layers, curbs, paving, bus bays, drainage and traffic markings, and non-urban-section works such as milling, earthworks, shoulders, drainage channels, safety barriers and road markings. The contract must be completed within 3 months of signing and no later than 16 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%; the minimum warranty and statutory liability period is 48 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
