Modernization of the area around the Special Educational and Care Centre in Myślenice

Summary

The contract covers renovation and modernization works around the Special Educational and Care Centre in Myślenice. The works include repairing the front and surrounding fencing, including posts, foundations, panels, gates, wickets, caps and a new sliding gate with an actuator, as well as restoring approximately 550 m² of green areas by clearing, grading, installing a sand-and-gravel sub-base, replacing topsoil and sowing grass. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract and no later than 15 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia Platform by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the warranty must be between 24 and 60 months. The successful tenderer must provide performance security of up to 5% of the tender price.
