Construction of a cycle path along Konwaliowa Street in Małomice

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a 705.20-metre cycle path along Konwaliowa Street in Małomice, partial paving of an existing access road and installation of street lighting. The works include a concrete-paver path, earthworks and base layers, kerbs, landscaping, access arrangements and temporary traffic management, as well as lighting poles, LED luminaires and cable lines. The works must be completed within 5 months from contract signature; the construction site must be handed over no later than 14 days after the contract is concluded. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 7 September 2026. Price carries 60 points and the quality warranty period carries 40 points; the warranty must be at least 36 months and no more than 60 months. Bidders must provide a PLN 10,000 bid guarantee, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the contract price. At least 70% by weight of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste must be directed to reuse, recycling or other material recovery, and manual workers performing construction activities must generally be employed under employment contracts. Negotiations may be conducted only on price and the warranty period if the contracting authority decides to use that possibility; the final contract will be selected on the basis of the highest total score.
